These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SeeSpect, including its website-audit, reporting, account, and subscription features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be able to form a binding contract where you live.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Permitted Use

You may use SeeSpect for legitimate audits of websites you own, websites you are authorized to test, and pages that are publicly accessible without authentication. You may not bypass authentication or access controls, probe non-public systems, place unreasonable load on a website, interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, upload malicious material, use automated access outside the features we provide, or use the service unlawfully.

4. Audit Results

Audit results are automated observations based on the pages and responses available when a scan runs. They are informational and may be incomplete or become outdated. Scores and recommendations do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, compliance, security, or business results. You are responsible for reviewing changes before applying them to a website.

5. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

Plan features and limits are described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you select until cancelled. Stripe processes payments and may require you to accept its terms. You may cancel from your subscription page and keep paid access through the current billing period. Taxes may apply.

6. Refunds

Paid plans include a seven-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact us within seven days of the initial charge and include the email address on your account. Refunds outside that period are provided only when required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The service, branding, software, and original content are owned by SeeSpect or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant us permission to process that information only as needed to operate and improve the service.

8. Third-Party Services and Sites

The service may link to or interact with third-party services and audited websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

9. Availability and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, abuse, legal risk, or threats to the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SeeSpect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised Terms here and update the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
